Medical Doctors
Carolyn is a GP specialised in public health. Elijah is a radiologist. Their medical training gave them a heart for serving the vulnerable, and their faith gave them a heart for the nations.
We are medical doctors, missionaries, and homeschool parents who have served children across the globe. But more than that, we are simply a family trying to raise our children to love the Lord.
Created by parents who know the beauty, weight, and daily work of shepherding children’s hearts.
Before we introduce ourselves, we want to be honest about something: we are real people. We are a husband-and-wife team, and we have children. But we have chosen not to share our faces, our names, or our children’s identities widely on this website.
Why? Because we believe in protecting our children’s privacy in the digital age. We want them to have the freedom to grow up without their childhood being broadcast to the world.
We are not hiding. We are protecting. And we believe that is exactly what many parents would do for their own children too.
This ministry is personal, but our children’s privacy matters. That is why the focus stays on the resources, the mission, and the families we serve.
A husband-and-wife team, both medical doctors, missionaries, and homeschool parents with a heart for children and the Word of God.
Carolyn is a GP specialised in public health. Elijah is a radiologist. Their medical training gave them a heart for serving the vulnerable, and their faith gave them a heart for the nations.
Over the years, they have served through medical care, children’s ministry, VBS programs, street ministry, church missions, and community outreach in Kenya, Vanuatu, the Cook Islands, and Australia.
They have walked the daily road of family worship, Scripture memory, books, songs, routines, tired days, imperfect days, and the quiet work of planting God’s Word in children’s hearts.
As our season of homeschooling comes to an end, we find ourselves looking back with gratitude and a deep desire to share what we have learned.
We are not experts. We are not perfect. But we have walked this path for years, and we have gathered resources, rhythms, and routines that have helped us along the way.
We created Shepherd My Lambs for one simple reason: to help other families do what we did.
Christian parenting can feel heavy, but you do not have to carry it alone.
One prayer, one verse, one song, one story. God can grow small beginnings.
We want to come alongside parents with gentle, Bible-based tools for the journey.
Our ministry name comes from one of the most tender moments in Scripture. After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to Peter—the same Peter who had denied Him three times. Three times, Jesus asked Peter, “Do you love Me?” And each time, Jesus gave Peter the work of caring for His sheep.
“Feed My lambs.” — John 21:15
This is our heart. We believe that every child is a lamb entrusted to us by the Great Shepherd. Our calling is to feed them with God’s Word, gentle songs, stories that point to Jesus, and rhythms that shape their hearts.
We are not the Shepherd. He is. We are simply His under-shepherds, helping families feed their little lambs.
Shepherd My Lambs exists to help families hide God’s Word in their children’s hearts through peaceful, practical resources.
Gentle songs that help children hear, remember, and love God’s Word during quiet time, bedtime, family worship, or difficult moments.

Parenting is hard. Raising children who love the Lord in a world that pulls them in a thousand different directions is even harder. But you are not alone. God is with you, and we are honored to be a small part of your family’s journey.
With love and prayers,
Carolyn and Elijah
